Descrição

• Shape next-generation features for the Olo app and bring the post-MVP vision to life • Gather feedback from the growing user base and fix reported bugs • Help plan the app feature roadmap • Provide input into the direction of the iOS and Android codebases • Demonstrate understanding of the team’s domain and technology stack • Handle small-to-medium features independently and take ownership of moderately complex tasks • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews • Collaborate with Product to refine requirements and shape effective solutions • Deliver high-quality software within established timelines • Troubleshoot and debug common and moderately complex issues • Assist with deployment and monitoring of services and production troubleshooting • Build and maintain reliable distributed systems with appropriate resilience mechanisms • Participate in team ceremonies and help unblock others • Use Claude Code in the daily workflow and optimise the delivery pipeline • Participate in on-call duties

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 2+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically focused on native mobile development • Proficiency in native iOS mobile development using Swift • Ability to independently implement moderately complex features and algorithms • Experience with version control tools such as GitHub • Experience participating in CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions • Comfort writing and maintaining unit tests • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills • Experience communicating technical details to team members, product managers, and stakeholders • Active participation in on-call duties is required
