Descrição

• Lead and manage all phases of the deal lifecycle from initial management meetings and Letter of Intent (LOI) through definitive agreements and closing. • Proactively identify and build strategic relationships with solar financiers, tax equity investors, and ESG-focused private equity firms to expand the company's footprint within capital markets. • Conduct deep financial analysis on the profitability and risk profiles of various security types and fund structures. • Collaborate with product teams to ensure the company’s performance guarantees meet the rigorous risk-assessment standards of Tier-1 banks and insurers. • Drive detailed integration plans for Finance, Operations, and G&A functions to ensure smooth transitions.

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in transaction-intensive roles (Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Private Equity). • Proven track record of successfully leading, structuring, and closing multiple M&A transactions (ideally in the $25M - $200M enterprise value range) within the renewable energy, technology, SaaS, or FinTech sectors. • Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing external financial/legal advisors. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required.
