Descrição

• Lead the design and delivery of high-impact, technically complex projects that power the lending platform at scale • Provide technical leadership and clear, impactful communication to cross-functional stakeholders • Drive hyper-optimization of lending systems to meet the needs of a large and growing addressable market • Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations partners to build seamless, trustworthy lending experiences • Mentor engineers across the team, fostering best practices in architecture, code quality, and scalability

🎯 Requisitos

• Deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems, high-throughput APIs, and data-intensive services • Strong full-stack skills, with fluency in backend architecture and modern frontend frameworks • Experience designing systems with reliability, security, and performance in mind — ideally in payments, lending, or other regulated consumer finance domains • Exceptional technical leadership and communication skills with a track record of influencing architecture and product direction • Experience mentoring engineers and fostering best practices in architecture, code quality, and scalability • Drive and proactivity; builder and executor • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States (applicant asked if authorized) • LinkedIn profile (required in application form)
