Descrição

• Own the Regulatory Roadmap: Serve as the primary legal authority for all healthcare, pharmacy, and digital health regulatory matters. You will proactively navigate fraud and abuse laws, corporate practice of medicine challenges, and multi-state pharmacy regulations. • Architect Healthcare Compliance: Support the development and oversight of OpenLoop’s healthcare compliance program. • Strategic Regulatory Engagement: You will lead the development of outreach strategies, management of regulatory filings, and responses to government inquiries. • Operationalize Legal Advice: Move beyond "no" to find "how." You will develop legal tools and SOPs that allow our product and engineering teams to build compliant telehealth features at speed, balancing legal risk with aggressive business growth. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requisitos

• J.D. & active membership in at least one US state bar. • 8-12+ years as a practicing attorney with expertise in the healthcare industry. • Proven experience navigating the specific regulatory hurdles of digital health, including multi-state provider licensing and virtual prescribing. • Experience directly managing attorneys or legal consultants, with a demonstrated ability to delegate and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws, FDA requirements (where applicable), and international health regulations.
