Descrição

• Partner with Business Development Managers and Product Managers on strategic and enterprise opportunities • Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions with customer engineering and infrastructure teams • Scope and support proofs of concept, help customers stand up integrations, troubleshoot issues, and drive POCs to a clear technical win • Translate customer infrastructure, model usage, and constraints into OpenRouter architecture, routing strategy, and deployment approaches • Build trust with engineers, architects, and technical decision-makers across compute, networking, security, infrastructure, and LLMs • Support deal strategy by addressing technical objections, security reviews, and procurement requirements • Create demos, reference architectures, POC frameworks, and technical enablement content • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Engineering to feed customer and market insights into the roadmap • Stay current with new models, providers, infrastructure patterns, and customer tools

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years in a technical, customer-facing role in B2B SaaS, such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or senior technical Account Executive • Strong track record supporting complex enterprise deals • Deep experience with developer-centric infrastructure, including cloud, Kubernetes, virtualization, networking, storage, or open-source infrastructure platforms • Comfort engaging with technical stakeholders and business stakeholders • Track record of driving technical wins in the sales cycle, including POCs, architecture reviews, and security reviews, that translate into closed business • Strong hands-on technical curiosity and ability to build and troubleshoot systems • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience operating in a fast-growing, evolving environment • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, hardened/secure images, or private cloud infrastructure is nice to have • Personal projects involving AI agents, self-hosted models, or infrastructure tinkering are nice to have • Experience selling or supporting sales into healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries is nice to have • Experience building technical enablement or POC programs from scratch is nice to have • Familiarity with the LLM ecosystem and multi-provider routing concepts is nice to have
