Descrição

• Modernize core architecture in a way that materially improves engineering velocity • Reduce dependency on legacy monolithic patterns over time with pragmatic transition strategy • Accelerate CI/CD speed, testability, and overall delivery efficiency • Transform Permission 2.0 from a long-term infrastructure project into a primary competitive advantage and value driver for customers • Establish a clear API and integration strategy that supports growth, extensibility, and ecosystem value • Build a shared data foundation that enables connected reporting, cross-domain workflows, and AI-powered insights • Create platform capabilities that are adopted broadly across the company and tied directly to product and customer outcomes • Partner closely with AI, Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to ensure platform modernization becomes a business accelerator

🎯 Requisitos

• 15+ years in software engineering / platform / architecture leadership • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or workflow software • Experience leading architecture modernization in a live, scaled product environment • Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, and access management • Experience partnering with AI/ML organizations to build AI-ready platform foundations • Track record of building high-performing teams and transforming legacy technical environments.
