Descrição

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities related to utility services provided by Osmose • Participate in the conceptual development of projects • Oversee project organization, scheduling, and implementation • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within company policy and contracted scope • Track, manage, and resolve project issues throughout the project life cycle • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients • Formulate reports using data concerning work progress, costs, and scheduling for internal and external distribution • Implement and adhere to project management processes and methodology • Work with contract administrators to manage contract financial aspects and protect company interests while maintaining customer relationships • Represent Osmose in customer-facing project meetings and attend strategy meetings • Track and reconcile revenue, cost of goods, accruals, and customer invoices using cost-accounting principles • Collaborate with internal operations, delivery, engineering, business development, and management teams and customers to align project objectives with contracted scope of work

🎯 Requisitos

• Currently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's degree in business or technical degree preferred (computer science, mathematics, statistics, business or other mathematical field) • 3-7 years of proven Project Management experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong presentation skills • Utility or utility services industry management preferred • PMP/PMI certification preferred • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds • Able to perform required standing, walking, climbing stairs, sitting, hand/finger use, and visual-focus activities • Moderate travel required (25-50%), with some overnight stays
