Descrição

• Report to the Director of Growth and be responsible for the field marketing strategy. • Plan and execute all Ottimate events. • Strategize, plan, and execute marketing events across North America. • Create scalable sales-led and partner-led event programs. • Manage internal company events, including a major supporting role in Otticon. • Work with design and product marketing teams to create compelling event themes. • Manage event visual identity and related materials. • Oversee end-to-end logistics and solve problems in real-time. • Source and manage key event vendors and build relationships. • Analyze event performance and measure ROI. • Create pre-event prospecting lists for onsite meetings with sales.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5-8 years of field or event marketing experience, previously at a SaaS company, is highly preferred. • Exceptional communication skills. Including English-language writing / oral. • Excellence in vendor and logistical management, multitasking, and rapid real-time problem resolution. • Comfort thriving in a high-touch, fast-paced, innovative environment—occasional travel required. • Highly organized and comfortable managing several events simultaneously. • Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo. Digital marketing experience considered an asset.
