Descrição

• Handle inbound and outbound tenant communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms • Assist with leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, pre-screening tenants, and scheduling showings • Manage maintenance requests by coordinating with vendors, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution • Follow up with tenants and vendors to ensure issues are resolved and service quality is maintained • Assist with rent collection processes, sending reminders, and tracking payments • Update and maintain property management systems, CRM, and tenant records • Prepare and organize lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation • Track lease expirations and assist with renewal outreach • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including scheduling inspections and ensuring proper documentation • Maintain accurate records of property expenses, invoices, and vendor payments • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and reporting as needed • Monitor property listings and assist with updates across platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.) • Help manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for the property management team • Support compliance by ensuring documentation and processes align with regulations • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc property-related tasks.

🎯 Requisitos

• Up to 2 Years Experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (neutral accent) • Comfortable handling tenant interactions professionally and efficiently • Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, or similar) is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
