🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years in software development. • Mastery of Agentic Development, including agent orchestration, memory management, tool-calling, and non-deterministic governance. • Expertise in the OutSystems Agentic Platform and associated stacks (.NET, CSS, JS, SQL). • 8–10 years of experience with proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering "Expert Services" in high-pressure enterprise environments. • OutSystems Expert Developer + Agentic AI Specialist certifications.
