Descrição

• Receive and review all new service orders • Establish contact with the relocating employee • Conduct a service needs assessment and introduce available services • Coordinate services with the Destination Service Consultant (DSC) • Follow up with the relocating employee and DSC to ensure services are progressing smoothly • Enter billing details accurately and in a timely manner • Enter and maintain all relevant details in the online portal from order receipt through service completion • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service at all times • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented • Experience in international household goods relocation preferred, but not required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and customer service databases • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail • Intermediate mathematical skills, including use of calculators, currency conversions, and weight/volume calculations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to pass a background check • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
