Descrição

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based applications powering payroll and accounting software • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional product partners to deliver business value • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Write clean, tested, and well-documented code • Contribute to architecture and design conversations • Support and improve CI/CD, testing, and monitoring practices • Support production systems and participate in on-call rotations as needed • Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing • Communicate progress, blockers, and risks transparently • Support Patriot’s values through positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders • Adapt duties and activities quickly to deliver an exceptional customer experience

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 4–7 years of professional software development experience • Professional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js • Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework • Experience with databases, especially Postgres, and transactional systems • Understanding of microservice architecture and cloud infrastructure such as AWS • Focus on performance, scalability, and reliability • Ability to work through requirements in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Passion for continuous learning and improvement • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer • Workspace supporting focused, distraction-free work and clear, quiet audio during scheduled hours • Reliable, high-speed internet sufficient for phone, chat, and email work • Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not reside in Alaska, California, Hawaii, or Washington D.C.
