A Paxos Labs tem como alvo plataformas que buscam possuir sua economia on-chain, experiência do usuário e lógica de recompensas, enquanto aproveitam estratégias programáticas e otimizadas para risco em DeFi, CeFi e RWAs.

Descrição

• Lead all 3D and motion design initiatives across marketing, brand and product. • Conceptualize, design, and animate visuals for campaigns, launches, and social media. • Create 3D illustrations, motion sequences, and animations that reflect our brand aesthetic. • Build and expand our marketing design system. • Collaborate closely with product design, marketing, and leadership to ensure a unified visual language across all channels. • Push the creative boundaries of what’s possible with our brand’s look and feel. • Take ownership of projects from idea to final delivery — storyboarding, animating, compositing, editing, and finishing. • Incorporate sound design and compositing when needed to create fully polished motion pieces.

🎯 Requisitos

• Expert-level motion design and animation (After Effects, and one or more 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift, Octane). • Strong modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering skills in 3D. • High-end compositing and editing ability. • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. • Familiarity with sound design and audio sync for motion (Nice to have). • Comfort with video editing tools (Premiere, Resolve, etc.) (Nice to have). • Interested in crypto or web3 (experience is a plus, but curiosity and enthusiasm go a long way).
