Descrição

• Manage critical projects for Paylocity’s largest, most complex, and highest-revenue clients • Define project scope, develop project plans, and track and report progress • Understand client business challenges and map Paylocity features and benefits to address them • Resolve operational issues affecting regular Paylocity system usage • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients • Partner with internal stakeholders to complete projects on time • Build relationships with Sales, Client Services, and other Paylocity divisions to improve client satisfaction • Coordinate internal and external client teams, clarify objectives, assign responsibilities, and meet timelines • Report ongoing progress to clients’ senior leadership • Assist with quarterly business reviews • Identify project roadblocks and propose risk-mitigation strategies • Identify HR, Finance, and IT opportunities that can be solved with Paylocity products or HCM solutions • Advocate for clients and communicate client needs, feature requests, and market trends to internal teams • Identify opportunities for automation, product improvement, and process improvement • Lead client calls to report on project task deliverables • Travel to clients up to 50% • Stay updated on HR, payroll, and benefits administration trends, regulations, and best practices • Share relevant industry insights with clients • Perform other duties as designated by the Client Services Director

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required • 5–7 years of project management or technical account management experience required • Previous client services and client-facing experience required • Excellent project and time management skills • Ability to multitask and frequently change priorities • Previous HCM or payroll service bureau experience strongly preferred • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP • Proven system knowledge of the majority of the Paylocity HCM suite preferred • Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively • Excellent soft skills for interacting with C-level executives • Previous product training and instructional design experience preferred • Ability to influence stakeholders without authority • Willingness to support clients in Mountain and Pacific Time Zones • Ability to travel to clients up to 50% • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computer and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
