Descrição

• Hire, develop, and lead a team of Implementation Project Managers • Coach team members on strategies for partnering with internal and external partners to deliver timely, effective multi-product implementations and successful system handoffs • Manage the end-to-end customer implementation project management process • Develop and improve implementation project management systems and documentation • Manage escalations and strategies related to launch readiness and launch success • Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional launch communications, questions, and issues • Liaise cross-functionally to resolve issues and identify process improvement opportunities • Build and refine launch processes, tools, and systems • Manage recruiting, training, capacity, and customer feedback operations • Monitor and analyze customer and team performance to inform operational and procedural changes • Support customer-facing calls and escalations as needed • Support Sales teams in the pre-sales process and assist in closing complex client sales • Identify clients’ system needs and pursue development changes within the application • Align team objectives with the Paylocity Implementation strategy • Develop standard Project Management processes for communication, expectations, timelines, and project success • Ensure Project Managers meet compliance requirements for Implementation projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Four to seven years of project management experience in human capital management, payroll, or a similar industry • Preferably experience in a SaaS multi-client environment • Comprehensive understanding of the Paylocity Implementation process or equivalent experience • CAPM certification preferred • Ability to develop new approaches to problems and streamline productivity • Strong commitment to excellence • Presentation, communication, and leadership skills • Demonstrated experience leading people and teams • Advanced knowledge of program and project management principles, practices, and tools • Strategic thinking, good judgment, strong business acumen, and ability to execute plans with urgency • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience facilitating project metrics creation and establishing tracking methods • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computers and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours
