Descrição

• Designing and building intuitive workflows for reviewing complex financial data and AI agent output • Designing and translating Figma designs into polished, production-ready applications • Building a new platform from the ground up, and designing end-to-end features that span frontend, backend, and infrastructure • Working directly with auditors (in house and customers) to understand their workflows and pain points • Improving reliability, performance, and observability across the product • Collaborating closely with AI and systems engineers to integrate agent capabilities into the UI • Building the product team from the ground up

🎯 Requisitos

• Strong fullstack engineering skills with ownership mindset • You can design and ship features end to end • You understand how UI, backend, and data systems interact • Deep empathy for users in complex domains • You can work with auditors to uncover root problems • You can translate ambiguous feedback into clear product decisions • Strong product and design sense • You know what makes an interface intuitive and trustworthy • You can turn wireframes into clean, usable experiences • Comfort operating in high-complexity systems • Experience with or adjacent to our stack: TypeScript, Python, Temporal, Docker, Terraform, AWS Fargate
