Descrição
• Lead the end-to-end engineering of complex outside plant programs • Set the technical direction for fiber/copper builds • Mentor junior engineers and drive cross-functional coordination • Ensure compliance with NESC, client specifications, and Pearce standards • Build job budgets and forecasts
🎯 Requisitos
• Extensive OSP Engineering • Proven leadership delivering complex, multi-discipline OSP projects • Design Mastery in work order engineering • Hands-on field measurement experience • Deep working knowledge of NESC and client/industry OSP standards • Track record obtaining permits and ROW/easements • Building/tracking job budgets and performing QA/QC
