Descrição

• Review the existing production codebase for architecture, security, scalability, and reliability risks • Recommend pragmatic improvements before prioritizing major new feature development • Own features end-to-end from data modeling and architecture through building, deploying, and shipping • Work across the full stack with a stronger backend focus • Contribute to Vue frontend development and improve the platform's visual quality • Use AI coding agents to accelerate development while maintaining correctness, reliability, and maintainability • Design, automate, and execute functional, regression, load, and smoke testing • Identify and communicate technical risks early • Design and evolve Prisma schemas and PostgreSQL data models • Work across integrations including Stripe Connect, LiveKit, Twilio, Zoom, Anthropic, and pgvector • Help manage and grow a Google Apps Script reporting layer • Test, debug, and ship features • Review pull requests and maintain a consistent engineering bar • Monitor production systems and participate in triage and incident resolution • Improve existing code for reliability, maintainability, and performance

🎯 Requisitos

• 5-9+ years of software engineering experience with Nuxt or Vue, Prisma, and PostgreSQL • Proven experience using AI coding agents on a production codebase • Proven systems architecture experience and experience influencing structural decisions on production systems • Strong testing expertise, including functional, regression, load, and smoke testing • Experience automating test suites • Ability to read, understand, and work within an existing codebase before pursuing a rewrite or redesign • Extremely organized and self-sufficient • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements • Adaptability to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth startup environment • Experience owning entire features from concept through production deployment • Availability for at least 5-6 hours of an 8-5 or 9-6 MST schedule
