Descrição

• Define and own the company-wide technical architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, and data systems • Lead the design of large-scale, distributed, and event-driven systems built to support current and future growth • Establish foundational patterns for our core stack: React/TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, and scalable data architecture throughout • Make high-stakes architectural decisions that balance speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability • Serve as the technical authority on the most complex, high-impact challenges across the organization • Contribute directly to the codebase in critical paths, foundational systems, and high-risk areas • Drive alignment across teams on system design, engineering standards, and long-term technical direction • Define and improve practices around reliability, observability, and incident response across the platform • Evaluate and introduce technologies, cloud infrastructure (GCP), and tools that support long-term scale • Partner with leadership on technical strategy, product direction, and company-level trade-offs • Mentor senior and staff engineers and raise the quality bar through design reviews and hands-on collaboration

🎯 Requisitos

• 12 years of software engineering experience, including leading architecture for complex, large-scale systems • Deep, hands-on expertise across the full stack: TypeScript/React, Node.js, APIs, and data systems • Strong experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and high-scale system design • Solid working knowledge of Postgres, Redis, and scalable data patterns • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and modern infrastructure practices • Proven track record of driving technical direction across multiple teams or an entire engineering organization • Ability to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term architectural integrity • Clear communicator who can influence engineers, executives, and non-technical stakeholders alike.
