Descrição

• Directly manage Account Directors and oversee Account Managers within the Fashion division • Lead, motivate, coach, mentor, and develop division team members through direction, goal alignment, feedback, and training • Retain and grow the client portfolio by cultivating executive-level relationships and identifying strategic expansion opportunities • Maintain client retention forecasts and resolve client escalations • Participate in new business pitches and RFPs and improve the division’s go-to-market strategy and win rate • Create industry-specific solutions for Power Circuit and lead division trends and innovation with R&D • Enhance reporting templates and strategic deliverables • Consult on the division P&L, forecast churn, service expansion, new business, and efficiency, and support profitability • Oversee recruitment, staffing, training, onboarding, and technology, AI, and process improvements • Strengthen nova application and utilization and collaborate on roadmap enhancements • Collaborate with Data Intelligence, Media Planning, and shared Activation teams on client campaign execution • Provide internal and external thought leadership through conferences, speaking opportunities, blog content, and trainings

🎯 Requisitos

• Department leadership and management experience required • 10+ years as a leader in a digital marketing agency • Experience managing a P&L for profitable growth • Expertise in contract negotiation, client retention, and client growth • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores through NPS or similar retention metrics • Extensive knowledge of owned, earned, and paid marketing channels • Knowledge of first-party data tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify • Ability to build rapport and relationships with executive-level contacts • Experience managing large teams, coaching direct reports, and driving talent development across the organization • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
