Descrição

• Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion • Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions • Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep • Jump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, keeping projects moving forward during resource constraints • Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency • Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues

🎯 Requisitos

• Background in software implementations or professional services • Technical aptitude, ability to understand platform capabilities and limitations • Familiarity with no-code platforms or integration projects • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Grace under pressure, you stay calm when clients are stressed and deadlines are tight • Exceptional organizational skills, you live by your task lists and calendars • Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences • Natural problem solver who finds creative solutions within constraints • Self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction • Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States
