Descrição

• Define and drive AI-enabled DevSecOps automation, including fully automated CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery using IaC • Lead AI-driven quality engineering, observability, monitoring, and AI-assisted operations initiatives • Provide technical leadership for engineering excellence, governance, and quality gates across teams • Define, design, and implement complex features focused on architecture, quality, usability, performance, and data-driven decisions • Partner with business and IT leaders to solve complex cross-functional problems and identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with development teams, architects, business partners, and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions • Participate in live site operations, incident response, production support, and service reliability improvement • Serve as a primary engineering and implementation partner and communicate with stakeholders • Oversee code reviews for compliance with standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices • Provide vendor technical oversight, including code review and sign-off • Monitor KPIs and analyze delivery metrics to recommend improvements • Train, enforce, and evolve governance processes for enterprise and regulatory compliance • Complete technical and architectural documentation, including SDLC artifacts and production change records • Act as a technical leader and mentor across teams and the broader engineering community • Stay current with technology trends, best practices, and business needs

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 8 years of software development experience • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle • Proficiency in one or more programming languages • Expertise delivering enterprise-scale systems solving complex business problems • Deep hands-on technical expertise in one or more core technologies • Architectural thinking across multiple domains • Experience designing and delivering high-performance, scalable, and reliable enterprise solutions • Experience leading implementation and deployment of complex enterprise systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrated judgment in technical tradeoffs aligned with business needs • Ability to evolve technical skills and mentor less experienced engineers • Ability to perform sedentary work and occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force • Ability to keyboard and communicate clearly and understandably in person and by telephone • Preferred: cloud-based solutions, Azure DevOps, Azure AI/OpenAI, RAG patterns, prompt engineering, observability, healthcare or regulated environments, Facets, Agile, API and service-based architectures, and automated testing frameworks
