Descrição

• Oversee and manage fulfillment of contingent worker requisitions through the DirectSource MAGNIT solution • Validate openings, review matched candidates, submit best matches to hiring managers, and guide candidates through the process • Facilitate manager decision-making and optimize job descriptions, candidate fit, quantity, and rates • Develop and deploy strategies to attract candidates to talent pools and maintain accurate worker information • Update direct sourcing strategies and talent pool development with managers and leadership • Ensure effective communication between hiring managers and candidates for timely fulfillment • Educate hiring managers on market bill rates and support timely requisition fulfillment • Identify process efficiencies and recommend implementation to the Program Manager • Manage or assist with third-party payroll and/or 1099 compliance work when needed • Maintain desk standard operating procedures and improve operational processes • Build professional client relationships and trusted-advisor partnerships • Resolve complex issues and employee relations matters, involving senior resources when necessary • Provide consultation to client managers for collaboration and risk mitigation • Participate in monthly governance reporting and quarterly business reviews • Train new team members on learning systems and procedures when needed • Generate and analyze weekly reports for clients and Magnit • Follow client and Magnit policies and procedures

🎯 Requisitos

• College degree, AA or equivalent experience • Three years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing and customer service (MUST HAVE) • Experience in sales, marketing, or staffing industry operations is a plus • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbal, and interpersonal interactions • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and clients • Good customer service and organizational skills • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, bend, stoop, sit at a desk for extended periods, and move between buildings • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem solver • US-based and able to work PST/MST/CST hours
