Descrição

• Manage customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within each QTS location • Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team and specialty consultants to support customer design needs, pricing, approvals, and implementation of deployment scopes • Manage project delivery by aligning client objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration across QTS • Drive client relationship management and cost management to deliver projects on time and on budget • Serve as a single contact for Federal sales support on potential secured deals • Function as QTS’ point of contact for new client builds and implementations • Liaise between QTS Sales, Operations, Property Development, and the customer • Work with existing Development Construction Project Managers to ensure customer needs are met • Report into the QTS Property Development department and work closely with the CHO and CRO

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture • Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities • Five or more years of responsibility for data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers • Ability to travel as needed for the business • Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects • Experience with Construction Health & Safety • Knowledge of Customer Deployment Technologies and Equipment • RCDD is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff • Ability to influence cross-discipline teams • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company
