Descrição

• Develop, maintain, and optimize features across our stack, utilizing Django/Python on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend. • Ensure the high availability, performance, and security of the current application through the launch of the new platform. • Participate in application support, active incident response, and prompt resolution of production issues. • Write clean, well-tested, production-quality code, and actively document legacy systems and workflows to prevent knowledge silos. • Participate actively in peer code reviews, ensuring code meets shared quality, performance, and security benchmarks. • Work independently on assigned features from scoping through deployment, while maintaining tight alignment with the Tech Lead on scope boundaries. • Share technical knowledge with the team and contribute to a highly collaborative, growth-oriented, and rigorous engineering culture. • Partner with the new platform development team to assist with feature alignment and technical transition points.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience. • Strong command of Python back-end development (Django, Django REST Framework, Celery). • Strong command of React front-end development with TypeScript and Redux. • Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and OAuth2 / JWT authentication. • Comfort with Docker, AWS (S3, Lambda), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). • Familiarity with asynchronous and real-time architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSockets, Redis). • Excellent written communication and strong autonomy in a 100% remote environment.
