Descrição

• Own the investigation and resolution of complex technical issues affecting the Wind River Cloud Platform (WRCP) • Provide senior-level support for customer escalations, ensuring issues are assessed, prioritized, and driven toward resolution • Analyze system logs and technical evidence to identify root causes and develop clear corrective actions • Debug systems across cloud operations, Linux administration, virtualization technologies, and enterprise infrastructure environments • Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes • Evaluate interactions between WRCP components, container environments, virtualization technologies, and underlying infrastructure • Apply a structured, architecture-aware approach to troubleshooting high-reliability and safety-critical software environments • Provide technical leadership during complex investigations by establishing troubleshooting direction, coordinating analysis, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders • Translate recurring support issues into actionable technical insights that improve investigation consistency and platform reliability • Document technical findings, root causes, and resolution approaches for ongoing senior-level product support activities

🎯 Requisitos

• 10–14 years of relevant professional experience in senior-level technical support, cloud infrastructure, platform operations, or related functions • Deep experience supporting and troubleshooting the Wind River Cloud Platform (WRCP) • Strong command of cloud operations, virtualization technologies, Linux administration, and enterprise infrastructure • Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience handling senior-level customer escalations, root-cause log analysis, and system debugging • Recent, hands-on DO-178C project experience where applicable • Background in safety-critical or high-reliability software architectures • Detailed and verifiable experience with WRCP, Linux, and container environments reflected on the resume • Eligibility to work under the stated requirement for US Citizens • Bachelor's degree
