Descrição

• Lead tax planning kickoff calls and quarterly advisory meetings. Design and implement high-impact strategies like cost segregation, 1031 exchanges, and depreciation optimization. • Review financials to identify missed planning opportunities and advise on entity structuring and compensation optimization. • Prepare or review complex returns that reflect deep strategic planning rather than just transactional data entry. • Help strengthen and scale the firm's advisory offerings and elevate the firm’s technical standards. • Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience with a proven background in delivering advisory services, not just compliance is a MUST. • Active CPA, EA, JD, or LLM in Tax REQUIRED • Deep knowledge of business taxation, pass-through entities, and tax minimization strategies. • Confidence in leading client-facing conversations and translating complex tax laws into actionable business advice. • You think strategically rather than transactionally and want to be part of building something exceptional.
