Descrição

• Build and lead a highly engaged distributed team • Work cross functionally to set direction for the team • Execute the iterative roadmap and build transparent processes • Coach and mentor engineers for professional development • Continuously improve organization and create inclusivity

🎯 Requisitos

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer • 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams • Experience working cross functionally to build prioritized roadmaps • Comfortable writing SQL queries to analyze data • Ability to balance shipping new features and managing tech debt • Experience with code reviews and bug investigations • Ability to provide technical leadership to the team • Experience coaching engineers in their career development • Customer obsession, prioritizing outcomes and experiences
