Descrição

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned strategic accounts. • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Understand clients' business needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions. • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. • Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Propose and present solutions to meet client needs and drive incremental revenue. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create customized proposals and presentations. • Develop and execute account plans that align with clients' business goals. • Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services. • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. • Negotiate contract pricing, structure and terms and conditions to maximize value for both the client and the company. • Ensure compliance with contract agreements and address any contractual issues. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and project progress. • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and growth opportunities. • Embeds AI into repeatable, systemized workflows (e.g., reporting, analysis, planning) using it by default to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 8-10 years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large strategic accounts. • Strong understanding of health industry-specific knowledge, if applicable. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies. • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach. • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed goals.
