Descrição

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options • Develop leads and schedule appointments • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions • Assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for the agency • Communicate directly with customers about insurance products and services • Work collaboratively with the agency team to reach shared goals

🎯 Requisitos

• Previous experience in insurance or a related field required • Must be currently licensed • Must currently reside within Texas • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products and services • Willingness to undergo an in-depth background investigation verifying clear criminal history • Spanish language capability is relevant; the application asks applicants to identify whether they are fluent, intermediate, beginner, or not bilingual
