Descrição

• Manage client projects from initiation through completion • Assist the Practice Director with day-to-day project oversight and team management • Collaborate with clients on implementation strategy • Design, develop, and deploy reliable, secure, efficient, and cost-effective solutions • Conduct business process reviews and advise on best practices • Manage project kickoffs, client and RKL tasks, requirements, budgets, scope, project plans, deliverables, test logs, status meetings, and reporting • Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering • Provide subject matter expertise on financial business processes and implementation approaches • Assist with performance management, goal setting, coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary actions • Prepare, modify, and review statements of work • Manage schedules and client relationships • Resolve client issues proactively and promptly • Review vendor partner deliverables for fitness-for-purpose • Build relationships with business and technology stakeholders • Participate in sales and marketing activities as needed • Provide project and performance feedback and maintain visibility with team members and leadership • Support staffing and interviews • Communicate project status and issues to teams and leadership

🎯 Requisitos

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects • Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Adaptability and ability to shift focus • Strong problem-solving and situational escalation judgment • Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to present complex information concisely to technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Commercial awareness of changing internal and external IT landscapes • Analytical and critical thinking skills • Accountability and solid decision-making abilities • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field • 7+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect within enterprise resource planning and/or a professional services firm • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills • Product-based certification as required • Strong project management background and experience with a project management tool such as Smartsheet • In-depth ERP or FP&A knowledge, including modules and technical and operational processes • General accounting knowledge, including AP, AR, and GL principles • Ability to work outside normal business hours and weekends as needed • Ability to travel to local and non-local clients; overnight travel may be required • Ability to remain stationary as needed and occasionally move about offices and client offices • Ability to operate a computer and office productivity machinery • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers • Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
