Descrição

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems used across Engineering • Build reusable pipelines, plugins, and automation for adoption by other teams • Investigate and resolve failures across build agents, pipelines, and shared tooling • Improve build and deployment speed while maintaining correctness and safety • Partner with product engineering teams to understand delivery challenges and implement improvements • Use operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and prioritize work • Coach teammates and help engineers debug build and deployment issues independently

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years as a software engineer with meaningful experience in CI/CD, build systems, or release engineering • Ability to troubleshoot complex failures across systems not fully owned • Track record of independently shipping durable solutions • Ability to plan and drive large initiatives from problem definition through delivery • Comfort partnering with engineers outside the team to diagnose and fix problems • Excellent written communication skills, especially for documenting systems and decisions • Experience with Buildkite or a comparable CI/CD platform (bonus) • Experience with Ruby, Terraform, AWS, or Docker (bonus) • Experience building internal tools or platforms used by other engineers (bonus) • Experience with deployment safety, rollback systems, or release orchestration (bonus) • Candidates must be on camera for virtual interviews
