Descrição

• Drive financial data operations, including commissions payments, incentive programs, and critical backend financial systems • Lead complex technical initiatives across engineers within the domain • Ensure accuracy, scalability, and reliability of data pipelines supporting financial processes • Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to define strategy and shape the technical roadmap • Make architectural decisions and deliver solutions with lasting impact • Improve platform-level tooling for faster data-source onboarding and partner data integration • Enable faster experimentation cycles and build analytics and data-science infrastructure • Partner with Finance, Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Insurance experts on long-term strategy • Identify and socialize technical initiatives that improve products, systems, and teams • Coach and guide engineers in planning aligned experiments and projects • Contribute code each development cycle • Lead incident response and improve system resiliency • Coordinate with Staff Engineers to establish and promote standards and best practices

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of data engineering or software engineering experience with extensive expertise in data engineering • Proficiency in Python and SQL • Proficiency in Redshift, Spark, Apache Iceberg, and Terraform • Proficiency in Airflow and dbt • Expertise in AWS cloud architecture • Proven leadership of projects involving multiple teams across functional domains • Excellent communication skills with engineering colleagues and senior business leaders • On-camera participation required for virtual interviews • Expertise in building large-scale finance, payments, and commissions systems is a bonus
