Descrição

• Provide overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project under senior project management • Plan and organize projects under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager • Supervise and direct project activities, assign tasks, coordinate work, resolve problem areas, and maintain project policies and procedures • Establish initial client contact and assess project scope, schedule, and required resources • Prepare complete project estimates through detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid forms • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards • Supervise and negotiate project change orders and change quotations • Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget compliance • Investigate serious situations and implement corrective measures • Prepare monthly costing reports • Manage contract financial aspects including progress billing, rental equipment, income, and expenses • Review Assistant Project Manager documentation before submission • Represent the company in project meetings under PM II or Senior Project Manager guidance

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the electrical construction industry in a Project Management role • Experience with Data Center, Healthcare, or Large Commercial Projects • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance • Effective performance management skills • Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Accubid and Oracle preferred • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements • Oral and written communication skills required for the position • Self-motivated, proactive, and effective team player • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees, management, staff, vendors, clients, and others • Ability to travel up to 75%-100% • Ability to work primarily on active construction sites • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
