Descrição

• Lead complex ERP transformation projects aligned with RTX business strategies, focusing on SAP S/4HANA for Aftermarket processes • Oversee the end-to-end transformation lifecycle, including planning, execution, and optimization of MRO systems and tools • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverable milestones • Ensure adherence to project schedules and budget constraints while managing competing priorities • Partner in Aftermarket MRO system transformation initiatives and align technology capabilities with operational requirements and business objectives • Design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions to optimize workflows, streamline MRO operations, and enhance business performance • Support development, deployment, adoption, and effective application of MRO tools and systems • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to MRO tool execution and SAP ERP implementations • Resolve issues to prevent project delays or disruptions • Support change management initiatives and develop and deliver training materials • Manage SAP S/4HANA vendor and consultant relationships • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data standards • Define and track KPIs and provide reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership • Partner with IT, operations, finance, and supply chain teams • Communicate project status, benefits, risks, and strategic implications to VPs and senior leadership

🎯 Requisitos

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience OR, in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience • Experience leading large-scale ERP transformation projects with a focus on SAP implementation and integration • Experience in MRO systems, including execution, tool optimization, and alignment with industry best practices • Experience in project and task management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies • Prior experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry preferred • Proven leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and performance management preferred • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills preferred • Ability to travel approximately 30% throughout the project lifecycle
