Descrição

• Manage high-volume backorders and keep information accurate and up to date • Identify cancelled, discontinued, unavailable, or no-longer-expected products and update systems • Maintain reliable inventory information across internal systems • Communicate with suppliers through shared buying and supplier inboxes • Send product, stock, backorder, and availability lists and follow up on outstanding actions • Request and reconcile supplier stock-on-hand reports against internal data • Track outstanding stock and overdue or uncertain supplier ETAs • Chase stock credits and credit requests • Escalate issues requiring buyer or team-member decisions • Filter, sort, group, reconcile, and consolidate high-volume spreadsheets and product lists • Merge supplier responses and update internal records and systems • Identify discrepancies, missing information, and patterns requiring investigation • Develop efficient routines for recurring, high-volume operational tasks • Provide buyers and team members with organised information requiring attention • Follow up internally on outstanding actions and coordinate across Inventory Operations, Logistics, Buying, and other teams • Identify process improvements and create more efficient, reliable routines

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory operations, purchasing/procurement, order management, or similar operational coordination • Experience with stock availability, purchase orders, backorders, supplier ETAs, or inventory data highly advantageous • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills • Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to high-volume information reconciliation • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high volumes without losing accuracy • Excellent written English communication skills • Proactive and persistent, able to work independently, take ownership, follow up, close loops, and escalate issues • Comfortable working across multiple spreadsheets, emails, systems, and tasks simultaneously • Continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes • Experience in eCommerce, retail, wholesale, or other high-volume product environments is a differentiator • Experience reconciling information between systems, suppliers, or data sources is a differentiator • Ability to structure messy or ambiguous workflows and take on more responsibility • Confidence proactively following up with stakeholders • Experience identifying process improvements and creating repeatable systems or routines
