Descrição

• Build and continuously refine workforce models aligned with business demand drivers, including sales pipeline, renewals, account segmentation, and account complexity • Develop and maintain group- and individual-level capacity models for Strategic Account Executives • Create and evolve an account complexity framework and translate it into differentiated capacity assumptions • Build weighted capacity models that account for client complexity • Translate forecasted new business, client changes, and retention churn into hiring and coverage plans • Develop scenario-based models for headcount, hiring timing, and organizational structure decisions • Serve as the single source of truth for workforce planning updates to senior leadership • Maintain real-time visibility into open roles, candidate pipeline status, and hiring progress • Provide updates on hiring pipeline health, role prioritization, at-risk personnel, and backfill or capacity needs • Support HR and leadership in translating workforce plans into hiring action • Track and manage hiring pipelines from requisition approval through offer acceptance • Support candidate prioritization based on workforce-modeling insights • Own workforce dashboards showing individual SAE capacity and utilization • Identify strain or inefficiency caused by account complexity and uneven workload distribution • Deliver concise, executive-ready insights for hiring, backfill, account assignment, and segmentation decisions • Identify risks related to turnover, performance, and demand shifts • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on workforce assumptions and decisions • Ensure workforce data is consistent, accurate, and reflected across systems and reporting • Support alignment between workforce planning, compensation structures, and operational execution

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience building and using effective workforce planning models, capacity planning, and workforce analytics in a mid- to enterprise-sized organization • Demonstrated experience building capacity models that account for variability rather than averages • Experience modeling workload at an individual-contributor level, ideally in AM, SAE, or similar roles • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex inputs into practical decisions • Experience supporting hiring planning and pipeline management processes • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and executive visibility • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable leadership updates • Preferred: experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Account Management environments • Preferred: familiarity with portfolio-based roles where account complexity drives workload models • Preferred: experience building segmentation, coverage, or capacity models for client-facing teams
