Descrição

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain compliance with international accounting standards • Support the month-end close process • Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries • Analyze financial data and provide insights supporting business decisions • Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Operations to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy • Perform intercompany invoicing and debt chasing as required • Enter data in the group financial system • Check and approve employees’ expenses • Perform payments on time and monitor cash flow • Perform month-end and year-end close, reconciliation, and reporting • Assist and support statutory audit and tax control • Reconcile local books and SUN system • Check and ensure entity-level compliance status • Perform other duties according to group and legislation requirements • Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and issues requiring Finance management attention • Act in accordance with Safeguard Global values and ethics

🎯 Requisitos

• 3 years of experience in accounting role desired • Experience in an international company is a plus • Experience with financial accounting and balance sheets • Data analysis skills • Excellent communication skills, including English Language • Excellent Excel skills
