Descrição

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP definition and TAM scoping through campaign launch, CRM synchronization, and performance reporting • Build advanced Clay workflows, including enrichment waterfalls, AI columns, Claygent researchers, conditional logic, and custom API integrations • Design and implement signal-based triggers for job changes, funding rounds, hiring spikes, technology installs, web intent, and other signals • Build multi-channel automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier • Connect data sources, enrichment layers, sequencers, and CRM systems • Use Claude, GPT-4, and prompt engineering inside Clay to generate hyper-personalized outreach at scale • Write lightweight Python or JavaScript scripts and work directly with APIs when no-code tools are insufficient • Brief Outbound Strategists on workflows, intent signals, and targeting approaches • Test and adopt emerging data, enrichment, and AI tools • Collaborate with GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers to turn ICPs into accurate, campaign-ready lead lists • Enrich data and identify relevant companies and contacts • Improve the quality and speed of outbound campaigns • Ensure prospect lists are relevant, accurate, and campaign-ready • Explain why companies or contacts fit the ICP and suggest improved sourcing methods

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years of experience building outbound or revenue systems • Clay power user with experience building complex workflows using AI columns, Claygent, waterfalls, and custom API integrations • Systems-oriented and motivated to automate manual processes • Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and JSON • Ability to write basic Python or JavaScript snippets when no-code tools are insufficient • Commercial mindset; understands ICPs, messaging effectiveness, and the connection between outbound performance and pipeline • Strong knowledge of the GTM tooling ecosystem and willingness to test emerging enrichment and AI tools • Native or advanced English (C1–C2) • Clear communication with clients and ability to brief strategists on complex workflows • Self-directed and accountable; able to define system architecture and deliver independently • Experience in the Tech, SaaS, or B2B software space • Open to candidates from RevOps, outbound operations, Clay consulting, or senior BDR/SDR roles who transitioned into systems building • Must have prior Clay experience • Comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy data work • Enjoys experimenting with new tools and workflows
