Descrição

• Work with Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Lending companies • Develop relationships with customer IT stakeholders • Act as a trusted advisor and guide customers towards solutions • Hone knowledge of the Salesforce platform through training and exploration • Evangelize the value proposition and advantages of the Salesforce Platform • Educate customers and peers on building and customizing Platform applications • Guide deal strategy by providing insight into the technical buyer • Keep current with both partner and competitive technologies • Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with teams • Continue to develop as a technologist and presales professional

🎯 Requisitos

• Ability to understand business & IT department requirements • Exceptional executive presence and proven ability to articulate complex topics • Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications • GenAI usage experience and/or a willingness to work with coding agents • Database and data management fundamentals • Application lifecycle management • Integration principles and tools • Process orchestration • Principles of network, application, and information security • Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI) • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, MIS, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Management Information Systems, other STEM or business degrees, or equivalent work experience
