Descrição

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Salesforce's largest and most complex enterprise customers • Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice • Contribute to the community's knowledge base and expertise • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies • Collaborate with customers, Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and third-party partners • Identify and proactively manage risk areas through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems • Review and correct project or program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Keep programs on track and ensure solutions remain extendable and maintainable • Architect technology solutions using the Salesforce Platform to meet client needs • Contribute to program vision and articulate strategies involving enabling technologies • Teach complex concepts and present or defend points of view to varied audiences • Lead technical teams or workstreams and mentor and develop talent • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, senior technology leaders, and decision-makers

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience • 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects • Strong application design skills • Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills • Strong presentation skills • Ability to rapidly learn and use new concepts, business models, and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration • Strong experience in integration concepts, designs and patterns • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred; equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered • Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various organizational levels • Application design and development background • Travel may be required depending on client requirements • Strong Enterprise Architecture background is favorable • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications • Experience in Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud; general experience in Regulated Industries is a plus • Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers • Understanding of the strengths and limitations of AI-powered development tools • Experience leading a technical team or workstream • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, senior technology leaders, and key decision-makers • Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform is a strong plus
