Descrição

• Drive US Key Opinion Leader (KOL) activities by driving KOL mapping and engagement activities. • Support advisory boards and expert meetings. • Attend appropriate congresses and meetings in your territory to build KOL partnerships. • Work closely with and report to the Head of Sales (US). • Support the US sales team in delivering and implementing sales, medical, and marketing messages. • Support product launches, regional and national sales events and exhibitions. • Work closely with the Medical Director to develop and deliver the KOL strategy for the US market.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Life Sciences or 6+ years of experience in Ophthalmology. • At least 3-5 years proven experience in a sales support role or consumer/marketing experience. • Strong understanding of ophthalmology therapeutic area. • Professional experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry. • Experience in pre-launch, peri-launch, and post-launch phase of a product as part of its life cycle management. • Strong work ethic, project management, and organization skills. • Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies. • Self-starter, ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise between Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Corporate, and the field Sales organization. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders eg. HCPs, Regulatory Bodies etc.
