Descrição

• Drive adoption, activation, and revenue by running rapid experiments across onboarding, collaboration, and enterprise lead generation • Own experiments end-to-end: scope with PMs, prototype with designers, instrument with data, and build production-ready features • Work full stack across Django backend and React/Next.js frontend • Balance speed of iteration with quality and maintainability; ship quickly and learn from results • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data to analyze experiment outcomes and scale wins

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally across both frontend and backend • Thrive in the Build–Measure–Learn loop: designing, running, and analyzing experiments at high velocity • Comfortable working with Django and React (Next.js/Typescript) • Write production-quality code and advocate for automated testing • User-obsessed: empathetic, curious, and motivated to solve real problems for real people • Sound engineering judgment and a bias to action—knowing when to ship scrappy and when to build scalable • Experience instrumenting with data and running rapid experiments • Bonus: experience building lead generation pipelines • Bonus: experience working in martech • Bonus: startup experience (preferred but not required)
