Descrição

• Support internal teams, clients, and third parties integrating with the SeatGeek platform • Align requirements with the appropriate integration approach • Support technical onboarding and serve as a subject matter expert on SeatGeek’s integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities • Lead discovery for third-party integrations, API requirements, and technical change requests • Gather requirements, assess solution fit, identify gaps, and recommend paths forward • Own third-party integration solutions and related technical processes • Work with external partners and client-facing teams on configuration and technically complex scenarios • Partner with Solutions Architecture, Product, and Engineering on new requests and product changes • Support delivery, rollout, validation, testing, and documentation of new functionality • Manage technical access and provisioning workflows, including Developer Portal, Ringside, Native Access Control, SDK, and OAuth credentials • Support technical onboarding and ongoing ownership for Ringside and similar access patterns • Review scripts, workarounds, technical gaps, red flags, and bespoke scenarios; provide recommendations and sign-off where appropriate • Create and maintain documentation, blueprints, templates, onboarding notes, and process guides • Provide product and integration knowledge to Support, Implementations, and other client-facing teams • Standardize and improve integration, onboarding, and repeatable support processes

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of experience in a technical solutions, implementation, architecture, or integration-focused role • 5+ years of client-facing experience • Experience working with APIs, technical authentication and credentialing workflows, and third-party system integrations • Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation, process notes, or implementation guidance • Ability to assess requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend appropriate solutions • Experience working in a remote, geographically dispersed, and cross-functional environment • Deep knowledge of ticketing technology and the broader platform or integration ecosystem supporting live event operations • Industry expertise in sports and entertainment-focused businesses • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate complex technical issues for non-technical audiences • Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset • Proactive, self-motivated, and conscientious approach • Analytical and logical problem-solving ability • Curiosity about systems, technical decisions, recurring issues, and integration patterns • Independence and comfort making decisions without day-to-day supervision • Collaborative, low-ego approach
