Descrição

• Own a build stream end to end within a pod, from problem shaping through implementation, production operation, and instrumentation • Design, build, and operate production Generative AI agents, workflows, and applications • Develop full-stack software in Python and React • Deploy and operate services on AWS using Terraform and GitHub Actions • Implement evaluation, observability, provenance, confirmation controls, and human-in-the-loop controls for AI systems • Implement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and error handling for enterprise security, auditability, PHI, and reliability requirements • Integrate AI services with enterprise and legacy systems using APIs, data platforms, and event streams • Steward assigned shared capabilities and prevent duplicate builds • Co-develop with vendor delivery teams when required • Work with examiners, nurse reviewers, and operations staff to scope services, workflows, and UI changes • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Junior AI Engineers • Troubleshoot, lead root cause analysis, and optimize production AI service performance • Evaluate and recommend improvements to architecture, platform capabilities, and engineering processes

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline from an accredited college or university required • Master’s degree preferred • Six (6) + years of software engineering experience • At least three (3) years shipping production Generative AI agents, workflows, or applications, including evaluation, failure handling, and a human review loop, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Hands-on experience building and operating production workloads on AWS required • Hands-on experience with Python, React, GitHub Actions, and Terraform required, including ownership of CI/CD and infrastructure • Strong full-stack engineering skills in Python and React, with solid working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and service design • Production experience with Generative AI agents, workflows, and applications, including tool use, orchestration, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop patterns • Ability to implement services aligned with enterprise architecture, governance, PHI handling, and compliance requirements • Experience with machine learning, model fine-tuning, and/or graph databases preferred • Experience with PydanticAI or equivalent agent framework, agent observability, and AI Ops / LLMOps a plus • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
