Descrição

• Lead and oversee detailed design of airport infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, buildings, and utilities • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of project delivery • Prepare comprehensive construction plans and specifications while actively contributing to project estimation and budgeting to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget • Partner with Professional Engineers and Project Managers to define project scopes, develop task hour budgets, create schedules, prepare fee proposals, and lead federal and state grant application and management efforts • Stay at the forefront of industry excellence by mastering the latest airport design standards and innovative procedures • Create and foster an empowered team environment by embracing individual accountability and contributing collaboratively to shared success

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline • Demonstrated experience leading planning, design, and execution of complex airport, FAA, and TXDOT projects • Professional Engineer license in the State of Texas or ability to obtain within six months of hire date • Proven success managing airport design and construction projects and leading cross-functional teams from concept to completion • Consistent experience leading successful airport engineering projects within various regions throughout the state of Texas
