Descrição

• Build and enhance the revenue data platform, AI automations, and workflows, including CRM-to-warehouse sync, enrichment and scoring pipelines, and revenue forecasting systems • Operate, improve, and maintain the reliability of revenue data and AI processes • Own full revenue lifecycle systems management from first touch through renewal and expansion, including demand capture, lead flow, pipeline, and forecasting • Create analytics infrastructure for business decision-makers • Ensure published numbers are versioned and carry an explanation • Drive adoption by measuring whether sales representatives use built systems • Identify revenue leakage, build systems to close gaps, and own both commercial reasoning and the AI systems that support revenue teams • Take over, own, harden, and extend existing production systems

🎯 Requisitos

• LLM tooling as an engineer, not a consumer; built something where an LLM is a component in a pipeline and can explain how output was verified • Agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent • 5+ years in GTM operations, sales engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or sales systems at a B2B SaaS company • Experience preferably at high-growth startups scaling from $10M–$100M+ ARR • SQL fluency, including joins and window functions • Git fluency, including branches, pull requests, code review, and resolving conflicts • Practical scripting and API experience with Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript • Ability to read API documentation, handle authentication, paginate responses, and manage rate limits • Deep Salesforce knowledge: object model design, record-triggered flows, sharing, field-level security, and formula fields • Enterprise marketing automation experience; Marketo strongly preferred, with Pardot, Eloqua, or comparable systems considered • Commercial judgment to identify stalled deals in data and explain their business impact
