Descrição

• Identify and catalogue residual NAS file shares, CPU allocations, and object storage linked to decommissioned applications • Analyze Excel data and internal tools to identify decommissioning candidates and measure outcomes • Engage application owners to notify them of remaining infrastructure and obtain formal deletion approval • Raise and manage Change Requests for approved decommissioning actions • Collaborate with Storage, Compute, and Platform teams to execute permanent infrastructure removal • Track progress, escalations, and blockers in Jira while maintaining accurate boards and statuses • Produce and distribute structured notifications, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders and senior leadership • Follow up on outstanding approvals and escalate delays according to SLA • Improve processes, templates, and automation to increase decommissioning throughput

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field • 3–5 years of professional experience in infrastructure management, technology project delivery, and/or enterprise-scale environments • Experience involving business-critical applications • Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting, PowerShell, or Bash • Basic proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation • Solid understanding of NAS/File Storage, including mounts, shares, volumes, quotas, and lifecycle management • Familiarity with on-premises capacity management and CPU/Compute infrastructure decommissioning procedures • Awareness of cloud/on-premises object stores and data retention policies • Familiarity with change management processes in regulated financial industries • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering • Working knowledge of IDEs such as VS Code, IntelliJ IDEA, and PyCharm • Familiarity with AI engines and assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude • Experience with Excel data analysis and reporting, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and dashboards • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish
