Descrição

• Participate in all technical aspects of team deliverables, including quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability • Lead end-to-end CI/CD pipeline development using GitLab, GitLab Runners, Jenkins, and Nexus • Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management with Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet • Own Identity Platform and ServiceNow system integrations, including APIs, connectors, provisioning workflows, and lifecycle automation • Contribute full stack development across backend services and user-facing IAM workflows • Provide technical input on UI design and implementation • Apply data analytics to identity governance, including RBAC role mining, access pattern analysis, entitlement optimization, and AI-assisted access request recommendations • Participate in design and code reviews • Mentor and guide 4–5 junior to mid-level engineers • Partner with security, compliance, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, audit-ready solutions • Advocate for patterns improving system resilience, developer velocity, and operational maturity • Partner with principal-level staff to drive initiatives and maintain organizational standards • Design and develop scalable, maintainable, reusable software components emphasizing performance and reliability • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define frameworks

🎯 Requisitos

• Only US citizens, US naturalized citizens, or US Permanent Residents holding a green card will be considered • Deep hands-on experience building production enterprise-level platforms • Strong IAM domain experience with Identity Lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, Access Certifications, and Privileged Access Management • 10+ years of software engineering experience • 3+ years as a senior staff engineer, or equivalent experience and education • Strong backend proficiency in Java or Python and MySQL or PostgreSQL • Working knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, REST APIs, and HTML/CSS • Systems engineering experience designing and operating complex, distributed enterprise platforms • Experience building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows using GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, JFrog, or equivalent • Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and/or Puppet • Identity data analytics ability, including designing queries, building pipelines, and deriving actionable insights • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD test integration • Strong knowledge of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, software reliability, and observability • Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead cross-functional technical initiatives • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization • 10+ years of experience with Java, C#, or another high-level compiled language • 5+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium, Playwright, or TestNG • Familiarity with SailPoint, Veza, or ServiceNow platform integrations • Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM • Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j or ML-assisted role mining and access recommendation systems • Exposure to regulated or compliance-constrained environments such as FedRAMP or GCC • Experience with AI productivity and coding tools such as Cursor or Windsurf • Comfort with IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems
