• **Responsibilities:** • *Managing and maintaining Microsoft-based IT infrastructure, including* • *Windows Server, Windows 11, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune,* • *Exchange, and Office 365.* • *• Overseeing the deployment, configuration, and support of existing and* • *future migrations Microsoft technologies.* • *• Performing regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting to ensure* • systems run smoothly and securely.* • *• Managing user roles, permissions, and access controls to maintain a secure* • *IT environment.* • *• Collaborating with stakeholders to support various projects and initiatives.* • *• Providing technical expertise and ensuring servers, endpoints, and* • *Microsoft services are effectively integrated into NCUA’s overall IT* • *strategy.* • *• Monitoring system performance and addressing any issues that arise.* • *• Implement and manage security policies to meet NCUA baselines,* • *executive directives, and security requirements.* • *• Developing and maintaining documentation for system configurations and* • *procedures.* • *• Providing technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.* • *• Participating in disaster recovery planning and testing.* • *• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory* • *requirements.* • *• Managing software deployment and updates through tools like SCCM and* • *Intune.* • *• Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems for proactive and* • *reactive support.* • *• Participating in on-call schedules and patch rotations to ensure continuous* • *system availability.* • *• Maintaining M365 Conditional Access Policies.*

🎯 Requisitos

• **Required Skills: ** • · *Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.* • · *Seven yrs experience in relevant IT areas, including: end user systems support; automated server builds; cloud-based deployments; data center deployments.* • · *Demonstrated experience in engineering, migration, troubleshooting, and support of the following technologies: Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online O365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure* • · *Public trust security clearance* • **Preferred Skills** • · *Microsoft (MS) Certified Solutions Associate or similar Microsoft certifications appropriate to the technologies listed above preferred* • **Soft Skills:** • · **Organizational Skills:** Can plan and prioritize work. Follows tasks to their logical conclusion and makes sure that everything has been done to the right standard. Good attention to detail. • · **Team Work:** Able to enthuse and maintain project interest. Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team. Prepared to challenge ideas within a group in a constructive way. • · **Communications:** Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to team members and clients, verbally and in writing.
